CHALLENGE
Our task was to design and paint a vibrant mural on Cornwall Road to encourage commuters to take a breath away from the chaos of Waterloo Road. The mural needed to grab attention, represent the local history and community spirit, promote clean air, and stand resilient against weather and tagging.
PROCESS
Collaborating closely with the local community to tell the area’s history was our vision, we gathered their stories and insights to craft a design that reflected the neighborhood’s identity and its aspirations for a greener future. From hand-drawn sketches to digital refinements in Illustrator, and finally bringing everything to life with stencils and paint.
RESULT
We created a unique mural that transformed the space into a statement of sustainability.
A nice reminder of what’s possible when design and purpose come together resulting in art that speaks to and for the people around it.
